BIENAL INTERNACIONAL DE SÃO PAULO

In December of 2006 the new Mayor passed a law which forgade the display of outdoors in the center city of São Paulo, called Cidade Limpa (clean city) it transformed the look of São Paulo.

The new International Bienal has about 16 new outdoors of their work for the people.
